When you mix two samples of water, each at differing temperatures,  you SHOULD be able to predict the final temp of the mix using -mcDT=mcDT

Our results were always a little bit low, because we couldn't stop the hot sample from radiating away its heat energy.  When larger samples are used, the results seem to be better.
